ROBERT M. ROSEN is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1964 and is admitted to all New York state and federal courts.

Respect, Fortitude and Success are the benchmarks of Bob's long and prosperous career -- A zealous advocate for the rights of employees, Bob is one of the most prominent and successful employment law attorneys in the country. His victories have appeared on the front pages of the New York Law Journal and have had far reaching impact.

Among his many leadership roles, Bob is Vice-President of the National Employment Lawyers New York affiliate (NELA/NY), and headed its Equal Employment Opportunity Commission TASK Force Committee.

Bob is certified as a mediator by the Nassau County Bar Association, Employment Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution Panel, and is a mediator for the United States Federal Courts in labor and employment matters.

Bob is a frequent lecturer to attorneys on a variety of topics including "How To Run A Successful Employment Law Practice," "Rights in the Workplace for the Employer and Employee," and "'Show Me the Money' or Monetary Relief and Damages in Employment Law."

Bob received the Courageous Plaintiff Attorney Award, presented by NELA/NY at its October 4, 2000 Award Dinner.

Bob is an avid outdoorsman, kayaker, and licensed pilot.
